March madness for Theme-Tas-Stitch starts today and I thought I'd share my plans for the month.
Heather reminded me about her SCOD. (Sparkly compote of decree) where she has written down each project for madness, well across the pond we have the JOD! To give it its full name the...
JAR OF DESTINY.
I sorted all my projects out last night and here they are. There are 23 projects (I think) in there (5 Wips and the rest are new starts) including a last minute addition to the pot. Wee Little Stitches were having a 40% off sale so I brought the Gilmore Girls pattern I've had my eye on for a while now. It's the one that is front centre.
After much deliberation about cost I've decided to use fabric in my stash and DMC threads not silks. I'm a bit sad but I'd rather stitch it than wait until I can. I'm pleased that I can use so much stash as I've picked a piece of Aida for my months project and I've asked for the blue evenweave for the cityscape for Mother's Day.
So here they are all tucked up in the basket ready to go.
So wish me luck as I embark on March madness. I wonder what will be my first project out of the JOD tonight...
Happy stitching

ReplyDeleteOoh that looks like fun! I'm almost jealous but then I know I would be stressed if I added too much to my UFO list. Can't wait to see what you've got in there. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I love the photo with everything on display. I can see you have a nice mixture of large and small projects. Should be a fun month.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great photo. This is also a great idea to help decide with what to stitch. I am so day by day...
