Gifted gorgeousness - late again!

Hey everyone

Phew it's been a busy few weeks so I'm finally catching up.  I hope you're all having a good stitchy weekend. Gifted Gorgeousness is hosted by Jo of Serendipidous Stitching and where we show what we've stitched that has been gifted to us or will be a gift.

I finished the 28ct over 1 tea and cakes for Laura's birthday and popped it in a little white frame.

I also made Laura a beaded bookmark at the jewellery party I hosted. The Lady who did DD's birthday party also does Adult ones so I got the girls together and we had Pimms and puddings too. Here are my makes. Laura's bookmark was the purple one.

I also worked on the 14ct version of tea and cakes which is on gifted aida and with some gifted floss. The both are a free design from Lakeside Needlecraft designed by Durene Jones.

August GG will be full of gifts as I did an exchange with Mini, stitched teacher cards and worked on my Anchor Sampler.

Right off to stitch as DD has set me a challenge of 3 finishes by the end of the month. Eek!

Happy Stitching.

  1. Love all the sweet treats in your gifted gorgeousness. Happy stitching! --Andrea

  2. I just love the two versions of the Tea and Cake SAL.
    Two great gifts for Laura.

  3. You have been busy! Everything looks lovely but I especially like the blue/green bracelet between the two bookmarks.

  4. Lovely stitching and beading

  5. Great GG post.
I've not done mine yet, other stuff got in the way... perhaps this week!

  6. Two wonderful versions of the Tea and Cakes SAL....they are both so pretty!

  7. Thanks for taking part in GG this month. I love your mini version of the Tea & Cakes SAL. The jewellery making party sounds like great fun too.

  8. Congrats on such a lovely finish. Your jewelry making skills are top notch.

  9. Lovely stitching, Kerry!
I've just been reading about your swap and the jewellery you sent to Mini (on her blog)!
I'd like to make jewellery but there never seems to be time.
I have to say, I especially like those tiny blue earrings, they look so cute!
